An update for accountants

We're constantly listening to accountants feedback, and released some improvements that were asked for. Please keep on sending that feedback!


Improvements:

  • Audit trail improvement: We're now showing who approved the transaction in the transaction header.
  • Settings improvement: The page to edit the list of cost centers is now grouped by dimension yet sorted automatically
  • Terminology improvement: We've updated the "Assignee" word to "Resource" in order to use the same terminology as most ERPs.
  • Process improvement: When someone other than the creator deletes a transaction, we send an email to the creator with the image attached, letting them know that it was deleted.
  • Process improvement: When you create a new company, you can now copy the chart of accounts from the current company.
  • Process improvement: We can now modify the CSV/XLS file with expenses to any format you wish. We have pre-existing formats for NAV-15 and SAP.
