Receipts

Bezala is the fastest way to send receipts to accounting. It works easily via the mobile app, computer, or even email.

With the app, you can manage both expenses paid with company cards and those reimbursed to employees. The smart receipt form automatically reads the information from the receipt, and employee-specific accounting dimensions are imported from the HR system.

All you need to do is submit a photo of the receipt and write a description – we’ll take care of the rest.

Per diems

Applying for per diem with Bezala is incredibly easy.

The per diem calculator determines the allowance based on the duration of the trip, meals provided, and the company’s travel policy. The calculator can be customized with country-specific, collective agreement, and company-specific calculation logic.

Bezala also handles more complex per diem calculations, such as trips that include visits to multiple countries.

In both cases, cardholders are reminded via email about missing receipts (with Bezala Card, also via mobile notification), and accountants always have an up-to-date view of the receipt status. Thanks to this additional service, receipts flow into the accounting system even before the credit card company has sent the invoice.
