What benefits does Bezala offer to companies using Koho?

Ease of adding receipts:

• You can easily add receipts through the mobile app, on a computer, or by email.
• Bezala reads the receipt image and extracts the price, the VAT rate, and the date from the receipt image.
• In Bezala you choose which project the expense belongs to, and the expense is sent to Koho for that project.

Ease of adding travel expense claims:

• You can easily add per diems and mileage claims through the mobile app and on a computer.
• Bezala calculates mileage claims based on the kilometers driven and per diems based on the duration of the trip.
• In Bezala you select which project the travel expense belongs to, and the expense is sent to Koho for that project.

You can start using the Koho integration by sending a request to our customer support at support@bezala.com.

Please include in the request whether the receipts to be sent to accounting should include information about the projects associated with the costs, or whether the receipts should be sent without any project information.
