Receipts and Travel Expenses to Netvisor

Netvisor also has its own application with expense and travel claim features, which has its own advantages. However, compared to Netvisor’s own app, many of Bezala’s features save time for both employees and accountants.

For example, the following features are not available in Netvisor’s own expense and travel claim application:

• Approving expenses via the mobile app
• Having expenses directed to cost centers approved by the responsible person of each cost center
• A receipt scanner that reads the amount, date, VAT percentage, and currency from the receipt
• Saving a receipt as a draft
• Calculating driven kilometers using Google Maps
• Requesting non-salary compensations
• Integrations with Pliant, Eurocard, Firstcard, and Danske Mastercard: always know which receipts are still missing from accounting
• Automatic reminders for missing credit card receipts
• Ability to mark VAT codes (e.g., KAVE) directly in the travel claim system
• Ability to map VAT codes (specific expense type and VAT percentage → specific VAT code)
• Splitting a receipt across multiple cost centers and expense types

Netvisor does not charge anything for the Bezala integration, so you only pay the fee for using Bezala according to our pricing.

Normally, Netvisor charges an integration fee to companies that want to connect their Netvisor environment to another software.

However, the situation is different with Bezala: it is one of the most widely used Netvisor integrations. For this reason, Netvisor does not charge its customers anything when Bezala is connected to the company’s Netvisor environment.
