If the receipt is not added to the system, Bezala will automatically remind the cardholder by email. The accountant can always see the up-to-date receipt status directly in Bezala and can also send manual reminders if needed. Thanks to the integration, cardholders can be reminded about missing receipts even before the credit card company’s invoice arrives.
