The physical card's pincode is found in the user's Bezala app. It is secured behind the Bezala Wallet's biometrics.

Globally Accepted: Our cards are Visa Platinum Business cards that are accepted in over 200 countries and 40 million merchants worldwide. The Bezala Wallet is secured with biometrics. The user can lock Bezala Cards in the Wallet, if necessary.

Budgets / Travel Plan
With budgets, you can, for example, request pre-approval and track actuals for business travel expenses or your annual marketing budget. Pre-approving business trips and their costs is especially important in public organizations.
The Budgets feature allows you to do this easily in the same software where you also create travel expense reports. Approvers receive email reminders about budgets awaiting approval.

The Bezala-Severa integration offers Severa customers an easy and fast way to add receipts and travel expenses to projects. Projects added to Severa are also automatically updated in Bezala.
The integration also allows you to add approvers set in Severa for users and projects in Bezala.

With Bezala Payments, you don’t need a separate payment transfer software to reimburse expenses to employees.
