Time & Attendance has arrived in Bezala. The feature is designed for organizations that want to handle time tracking and absence management quickly and easily — in the same tool with expenses and company cards.
This launch makes Bezala a complete platform where employees can manage all their work-related money matters — from paying with company cards to travel and expense reports, non-salary compensation payments, and now also time tracking. This simplifies daily life for both employees and system administrators, and brings cost savings to the organization as well.

Work time
Log worked hours and track flextime balances. Bezala supports working time calculation rules across different collective agreements: overtime, additional hours, weekly overtime, Sunday work, public holidays, and additional leave can all be configured to fit your organization’s needs.
Absence management
An easy way to track holiday balances, submit leave requests, and report other absences. Absences are automatically routed to the right approver based on absence type — no manual redirecting required.
In addition to annual leave, Bezala can track organization-specific balance-based absences, such as holiday bonus leave or separately negotiated days off.
Project hours
Log billable hours for clients across different projects using a built-in timer. Simplify project invoicing and keep track of billing rates in real time.
When a mobile solution is available, billable hours are easy to log right after a client visit.
Who is Bezala’s Time & Attendance designed for?

Time tracking can be used either in full or only to the extent your organization needs. For example, if you don’t want to log hours to projects, you can enable just time entries for pure flextime balance tracking.
