Emission Calculation for All Expenses

We developed emissions calculator that can calculate emissions for all the expenses added to Bezala. 🌱

Calculator is free of charge for all our current clients and can be activated with two simple steps:

1. Map Purchase types to Emission Categories
2. Select if the answering to conditional questions is mandatory

In certain emission categories, the calculation becomes significantly more precise if the employee answers the additional questions asked. If the questions are not answered, a calculation based on cost will be used for the emissions assessment.

Key Benefits of the calculator:

• Enhanced Accuracy: With Bezala, emissions can be calculated more precisely than typical methods that rely solely on monetary values.
• Tailored Practices: We will utilize the most suitable practices for different expense types, including those defined by Defra or specific emission factors based on monetary amounts.
• Availability: This functionality will be available to all our customers in coming months at no additional cost.

In the October customer satisfaction survey, we asked for feedback regarding our software, communication, and customer support.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we have built a roadmap for 2025 based on the ideas you provided. We would also like to thank everyone who participated in the customer satisfaction survey!

Among other things, the ideas given in last year's survey were developed into Bezala during this year:

• Saving recently used addresses
• Creating per diem allowances for the future
• VAT code mapping (requires beta user role)
• Displaying personal expenses in the PDF file on the Accounting Batches page
• A tool for checking missing IBAN information
• Defining periods for stand-in approval
• Expense summary
• Budget approvals in the mobile application

Over 100 Updates Per Year

We make over 100 updates to Bezala annually. You can find all the latest updates related to the web version on our help site, and we recommend bookmarking the page for easy access.

Updates regarding the mobile application will be communicated in the app stores alongside the application version releases.

Recently Released Updates for the Web Version:

• The search field will now automatically activate on the settings pages.
• Severa integration: the ability to send expenses to the Products section.
• Search and filter fields have been added to several settings pages.
• You can now also send rewards from Bezala to Procountor.
