When a user registers a receipt or a travel expense in Bezala, we notify them if any field still needs to be filled in, or if the information in any field needs to be changed to the correct format. When the receipt or travel expense moves on to approval, the user can see who is responsible for approving the expense. Once the expense is approved, we inform the user when it is sent to accounting and subsequently for payment.
How does Bezala help the accountants of companies using Fortnox?
When expenses are sent from Bezala to Fortnox, they are already accounted. So, all the accountant has to do is to just double check that the vouchers are accounted in the way they want.
