Use Bezala to Manage Reward Payments

A reward is a one-time compensation for labor input. Examples of these include:

• reward for a football referee for every match
• meeting rewards for a board member
• reward for a guest appearance on a radio show
• testing reward for a beta tester

Bezala automatically calculates the amount of tax to withhold

If the user hasn’t uploaded their tax card into Bezala, the withholding will be 60% of the reward. The reward application will pass through the pre-defined approval process. The approval application will then be sent into accounting where the person in charge will take care of the payment.
