Billable transactions

Many of our clients have a need to bill the expenses that have occurred whilst working for a client. For instance, they might want to have a client list displayed to their employees in the expense forms. When a client is selected, then that cost should be added to the next bill to that client.

Comprehensive reports of billable transactions

If you want to track billable transactions in Bezala, we can add custom cost centers for your company (which you can either chose to send accounting, or not to). These custom cost centers can for example include the customer’s name and info about whether the transactions is billable or nonbillable.

Export billable expenses from Bezala to Excel

Transactions and their cost center selections can be exported from Bezala into Excel.
