In 2024, we will be investing more in customer communication to ensure up-to-date information on the latest updates is easily available.
Going forward, we will be publishing Bezala News monthly and organizing "Get the Most Out of Bezala" webinars every other month.
During these webinars, we will provide more information on the latest Bezala updates and give tips on how to optimize Bezala usage by utilizing released features. The first webinar on automating VAT processing and foreign VAT reclaims was held last week, and the second one is scheduled for March 15th.

In the last month, we have made usability improvements and enabled easier Bezala implementation through Spreadsheet (Excel) format chart of accounts and user imports. That is good news especially for accounting firms that are onboarding Bezala for their clients.
ISO/IEC27001:2022 Information Security Certificate
Towards the end of last year, the security of our software, processes, and premises was audited by an external party. We passed the audit and were awarded the ISO27001 information security certificate as a result.
The certificate confirms that we are committed to maintaining continuous information security and take the protection of our customers' data seriously.

Bezala is developing rapidly, and there is always something new to learn. In the "Get the Most Out of Bezala" webinar, you will get a 30-minute overview of the latest updates and how you can utilize them in your or your clients' Bezala. The webinar will be held in Finnish. 🇫🇮
In the next webinar, we will go through the updates that have been released during Q1 2024, as well as the BI report that visualizes Bezala data and takes reporting to the next level.

- Chart of accounts import from Excel (requires Manager role)
- Cancellation of income register notifications (requires Accountant role)
- Travel policy/internal Bezala guidelines can be added to the Company page (in HTML format)
- Taxable mileage allowances (useful, for example, in Sweden)

- Usability improvements to the Budgets feature
- New expense addition menu (icons + dropdown menu opens when hovering over the button)
