We’ve improved the way we add users from NetSuite. Previously, we only added the users of the subsidiary which the Bezala account is linked to. Now we also add users of other subsidiaries if the user is:
- a foreman for a user within the subsidiary
- a project reviewer or approver for a project that is within the subsidiary
These users from other subsidiaries can’t create any expenses in Bezala, they can only approve them (they won’t get the employee role in Bezala).
